Best Scenes - Poison Ivy Pepper (Gotham TV Series - Season 3)

These are the chronological main events in the story of Ivy Pepper in Gotham season 3. This is a big season for Ivy as we finally get to see her transform into the first official Poison Ivy after being chased by Hugo Strange's Monsters and falling into the sewer.
Ivy's origin story isn't that different from Grundy being birthed from a similar incident. During this season we get to see Ivy's fun and mischievous side whilst witnessing her naivety letting her down on many occasions. All she really wants, it seems, is a good friend she can trust. So she chose Penguin?

She was the Barbara pennyworth of the series (Batman & Robin), had little ties to the origin of Pamela Isley, but was thematic the same person. Gotham took a lot of liberties, but the most with her.

The showrunners of Gotham explained the recasting of Poison Ivy by wanting to move away from the more comedic version played by Maggie Geha into a scarier, more ruthless character played by Peyton List that wasn't good at all in Season 4. Maggie Geha's version of Poison Ivy was way better and they should've stick with her as the official Ivy in the show. Also, I didn't like that she wasn't named Poison Ivy in the show cause that's who she is when she has powers and doesn't even named herself, Poison Ivy.
