I love this arrangement. We played Christmas Festival last year as a middle school band (an edited version so it’s easier) and I’m a sax player and this just brings me joy
Bari part obviously written for Harry Carney who could do rotational breathing. Great fun.
I feel like this comment is under rated for the sole fact that Harry Carney isn’t as well known as most others

Reminds me when I had 5 days to practice the bari sax part of the Themes from 1812 overture and, giving up on the 10+ bars of tied whole notes.
Our Community Band performed the concert arrangement of this. It would be so cool if our sax quartet could perform this.

Which way are your instruments ordered in? I was planning on getting a saxophone. Which instrument is the second line?
