How to Verify Your Account on STICPAY

If you've already opened an account with us, you'll need to verify it.
Here's how in a few simple steps:
Log into your STICPAY account.
Then, scan and upload a clear copy of your Proof of Address (POA) and
Proof of Legale Existence (PLE).
Let's start with your POA.
We accept utility bills and bank statements, but not a mobile phone or joint-named bills.
The POA name and address must match your STICPAY account and be issued in the last 3 months.
Uploading a bank statement? Instead of the statement period, check the issue date and ensure the bank logo is visible.
As for PLE, we accept passports, national IDs, and driver's licenses but not tax, resident, or company IDs.
Upload both sides of your ID, and make sure the name and date of birth match your STICPAY account.
STICPAY might request additional documents or confirm your account through email.

I am trying to open a stic account in india the process when half done returns to the main homepage from where I started. What should I do?

Hello, to set up the Two-Factor Authentication:
1. Log into your account
2. Click 'Settings' from the menu on the left
3. Click 'Two Factor Authentication' in the drop-down menu
4. Please set up your preferred method
5. Done!
I have a problem with verification of my adress because I’m paying rent including (water,gas ..) and my bank doesn’t send me any letters i have other documents that can prove my adress but not those you ask can i still verify my account ? 😓
Hello, we might still verify your address with other documents but this needs to be confirmed with our Compliance Team and they will let you know what other documents you might be able to submit, based on the country. Please contact account@sticpay.com

Hello, to be able to make deposits and withdrawals you need to be verified.
Avoid sticpay. U cant withdraw funds. They will hold your funds once u make a deposit you cant get back your money
