I know a guy who is advenced in terms of strength and he gets sick every time he hammers the volume. Also I was working at the gym and not one novice that came to train was able to do squat to parallel and put strength arm above the head without rounding there back.
Would you recommend sticking to the novice program for a year or as long as I need to understand programming and then switch once I've made my own program?
I'll add that topic to the list of videos to make. I have a fullbody program in the natural hypertrophy playlist who can work for intermediates but it is tailored towards hypertrophy, give it a look you might like it
