Hello my dear friends
Today is one of the days in the middle of the summer season and the weather has surprised us with rain!
We collect firewood every year at the end of autumn to start the cold and winter season, and today my mother had to go to the forest to collect firewood. Because he has prepared a wood-fired barbecue in the fireplace for the noon meal and he needs Hiram to cook it.
This dish is a traditional watery dish that is cooked as the main dish here, its main content is fresh meat and vegetables.
I love the great taste of this food that takes on a smoky flavor on the fire.
Using carrots and potatoes next to it improves the taste of the meat and its watery nature makes it easier to digest the food.
It is more enjoyable than the taste of eating it among family and friends

Meat
sheep's tail
potato
carrot
an onion
Salt
pepper
Turmeric
Eggplant
How to prepare:
Melt the oil of the lambs in a container, then fry the meat in it
We add eggplant, salt, pepper and turmeric inside the meat, after roasting for a while, add some boiling water and cook it for a while.
After the potato meat becomes soft, we add carrots and tomatoes to it and cook it for a while until the contents of the dish are fully cooked.
