I’m looking to get a second one to dedicate to my kitchen gear. This box is genuinely perfect, especially for the tight space in my 2 door JL. I hope they start selling pelican style cases for guns and cameras, I really prefer their build quality.
Seriously and everyone says to just get a pelican as if it’s a whole lot cheaper or as if yeti is the most expensive. They’re not the most expensive but they are popular.
Bonus Pro Tip: A Yeti Lowball coffee cup with handle will fit in the Caddy alongside a Yeti Colster. Both your hot and cold fluid containment issues addressed!
Surely, Yeti didn’t design The Caddy with these in mind........or did they?
I’ve got all mine in my Milwaukee deep box. I thought it was expensive, until I got my Yeti35 Tundra. Both are quality, making them heavy before you load them. Both are tough! I love them both, but I’ll use a cooler when I need a cooler. I use a tool box, when I need a tool box. I just wish Yeti stacked on the Milwaukee boxes. After seeing on the news, i95 parking lot, overnight, might need both boxes! More people in your vehicle, more people depending on you being able to protect them!
Realistically a person won't keep something 20-30yrs..
especially if something new comes along or likely a life change that will happen.. Spend wisely people!!!...
A Milwaukee box it’s waterproof and just as though and less expensive guess it’s all about the flex

Not long, considering the bucket isn’t insulated. Yeti even states on their website the bucket is not a cooler.
I was curious as to how much pressure it would withstand. Need a hunting box I can stand/sit on without it caving in.
try a bronc box its pricey but it can hold all your stuff
There are several places where bear-proof boxes are required. I could see this being super helpful for that if it is bear-proof. Not sure with those latches though.

Harbor Freight have a case you can transform into one of these and is water proof for a hell of alot cheaper..
How would you compare this to a Pelican case? Except for the accessories, I don't see myself affording that price. I get that a Rubbermaid isn't as good quality, but surely the Pelican is comparable

Great breakdown. How do you lock the box with a padlock? With that much expensive, SHTF/camping gear in the box, surely they would have come up with a way to lock it closed.
He talked abt that in the beginning. there’s two holes on either side for padlocks, similar to the milwaukee packout design

It's $250....it's a Yeti and its nice...but...its overpriced and not what 98% of campers need. Let's be honest.....if Yeti sent me a free $250 case....I'd tell you I love it too. Overpriced and impractical.
