I've been taking Super Vitamin B Complex when I was teen. Have never gone without except for medical tests.

    B 12 dficiency , aggrivates peripheral neuropathy .
Its better taken in liquid form - drops - to keep beeter control , as to much , your urine goes a briht yellow - often with B12 in tablet form , which isnt well absorbed .
The jabs from the GP give you peaks and troughs , which may cause damage .
The oral drps im due again , and 6 should be max .
Earler this year was very delete acros the board in B Comlex - it took a week to get the bright yellow urine , with 3 drops of the liquíd B 12 , as well , before the neuropathy went .

I believe liquid form of health for all the nutrients and vitamins is more powerful and hits the blood stream quicker,bc it's quickly absorbed in the body 👏🏽🙌🏽

Can this also be the reason why you get pins and needle sensations in your feet if you don't have diabetes?

The point is to take all B's. Not just one.

B1 has different functions . Doleted copper , also has similar effects on the nerves . . B 12 shortage , aggrivates peripheral neuropathy in not just feet or hands , I have it all over - both sides of the body , and both arms and legs . All nerve damage caused by work in service jobs .
