    N.b. The name Medici is pronounced with intonation of the first syllable "e".

    Thank you for doing this particular painting. I think there is more to Botticelli than 'Primavera' and 'Birth Of Venus' !

    stating that Botticelli is ignoring perspective’s principles doesn’t sits right to me, political statements as the one he’s most likely doing here (if florence can go back in time and everyone seems to be ok with it, going backwards in art whether with themes or style must be just as great) requires in fact a strong determination and some good planning, is way more valuable and requires a lot of determination to end up put aside as something one would just forgot.
