Cool video. I have a work van with bulkhead but a stationery heater would be useful on colder days. I had the same questions about fuel starvation by tapping the return but you're saying that's not an issue? Very neat installation. I think i would just mount it in the cargo area though. Thanks!
The return pipe on the injectors only send diesel down the to fuel tank when engine is running? If your injectors send more fuel back as they get old they need replacing? Anyway it has no affect on the running of the engine the fuel will be sent back regardless? The fuel your heater is going to use is fuel from the tank? The tube however does not reach the bottom of the tank? So keep at least two bars on the fuel gauge? I’ve run mine on one but there we go? Why would you want to run the heater when the engine is running? Use the van heater? Please 🙏 subscribe Hope I’ve awnser you question
The return will be the lower pipe? If I remember it should be the smallest one I’ve only fitted one on a Vauxhall vivaro and Renault traffic I’ve not had any issues with this set up Couple of things to remember However do not switch of the power to the unit until it’s done it’s cool down cycle as it needs to cool via the fan else it will melt the control unit only £18 for a new though Also order a spare ignitor it comes with a mesh it takes minutes to fit and they do go?
Hi Piotr It’s a 2011 vivaro, can’t see why it won’t fit yours if you fit a tee piece on the injector return pipe and it doesn’t work just remove the tee piece and fit a straight? Then you will either need a separate tank that’s supplied or take to the fuel tank?

Very informative video 👍. What size Tee piece did you use for the diesel return pipe?
I think it is a 6mm x 6mm x4mm tee for this.
hi have you got a link to the nylon fuel line that u used please and the size thankyou
5kw in a van? 🥵🥵
Think really a 2kw is plenty.
Nice video.
Do u need to have engine running for it to take fuel from return pipe as won't it starve of fuel if engine not running
