Have we truly found love after all these years?” but resuming the random snowball fight, saying to themselves, “no Soul, It’s too early. This movie just started 17minutes ago and we have 3 more hours of this until it wraps up in the final minute and a half. it’s just SnowTwister. Don’t you know you fall on top of random people in the snow allllllllthe time????⛄️. Carry on!!” 💨🌬
I love how it's supposed to be mid December, but in the exterior town center shots you can tell by the direct overhead angle of the sun, and the shadows cast, that it's being filmed in June or July, with some phony snow piled up in the street.
Only missing where she sees him talking to his (or hugging) his ex girlfriend / sister and gets the wrong idea
nah, the hallmark lumberjack has been pining for her ever since she broke his heart in high school.. i'm pretty sure the business rival who gets on her nerves for the first act and has a secret sister is lifetime.
We call that, the ‘misunderstanding.’
Y’all forgot the sassy friend to provide side banter or adorable little kid or wise aunt or uncle or grandparent or random store owner who helps the guy and gal fall in love.
Or a pet dog or cat
And Santa riding into the night sky at the closing credits saying "Ho Ho Ho".
Or a token always good natured Black guy for comic relief. There's nothing Black people enjoy more than enabling white girls to find their Prince.
The kids always say the most wise things, with words actual children have no idea exist
Is she from the city and he from the country? Or is he from the city and she from the country? Either way, the one from the city is not going back.
And he is really a prince of a small European country where they all speak with English accents.

This is GOLD! All we are missing is the frazzled middle-aged boss calling to remind her of the Big Deadline. Then at the end, she tells him off, deciding to open a quirky specialty store with her Beau in a small town that has no hope of supporting it.
I think we should have seen more of the huge selection of coats for every occasion every female protagonist on those Christmas movies mysteriously has despite bringing only one small suitcase.
So glad someone else noticed this! I keep saying to myself, "And .... yet ... another coat! Despite the tiny pink suitcase....!"
They all suffer from an embarrassment of riches when it comes to coats, scarves, and hats...not that they bother to button up..even when it's "freezing out there!". 😉

They should do another one where the woman is a baker known for her famous cupcakes that apparently warrant the attention of local news.
Or one when the woman is the colleague of the man she works with for some tv or radio station, but their families are pushing them to be together, and perhaps just got dumped.
That is the one that gets me. The bakeshop owner has no customers and has time to share a cup of coffee with her old friend from the town. And you can park right in front of the store. And the owner can leave the shop anytime.
My first reaction: “What an accurate, hilarious critique”

Yes! I was waiting for that..and then the ultimate scene where she realizes the boyfriend/fiancé from the big city is wrong for her!! And she breaks up with him and runs to the little town guy at just the last minute!

BigCity Boyfriend knows nothing about her. He ignores her and is completely self-consumed while SmallTown Guy randomly runs into her and starts the conversation where time stood still, saying “life for me has never been the same since you left HO HO HO MERRY CHRISTMAS TOWN, OHIO that Tuesday, June 27th, 15 years ago at 2: 39 in the rain. I had on this same Tshirt. I never took it off. Janie.”

For complete accuracy, you should have included “the phone call” the protagonist receives from her big city job telling her to come back to work. Then she must decide on the love of her life, or her big city dream job.... I call it “the great dilemma”

Well that's only half of Hallmark movies. The other half are the down to earth ax wielding small town guy (often a widower with a daughter)...In the Hallmark universe there's no worth it guy anywhere in between lumberjack and prince 🤣.

I was an extra in one of those movies and it was filmed in the middle of summer! Lots of photoshopped snow but it was so fun
I thought that! The foliage on the trees and any grass in the background looked grey like the colour had been taken out. Oh this was on Christmas at Pemberley Manor. So bad but so good!
Also I have always noticed it’s supposed to be cold enough to snow but no breath mist is seen on the outdoor scenes. And the snow never melts in their hair...
What I notice is the piles of snow that are obvious white blankets. Until Hallmark I never saw piles of snow with wrinkles! And of course in one scene there is heavy snow falling outside the window but the next scene the sidewalks and streets are clear of snow.
FUN! Was it in Atlanta? I read once a lot of them are filmed there.
Lol, there was this one Hallmark movie where they’re walking up to a house and there’s ‘snow’ everywhere and the sky is grey, and when they enter the house, you can see the exteriors outside the door and the grass is green, there are palm trees and the bright, summery sun outside.
The only thing missing was the cell phone interruptions at key moments, because no one knows how to let calls go to voicemail in this universe.
To be fair that happens to me in real life. And it’s always one of my parents. There’s a reason Geico made a commercial about it.

It’s the small towns being overly decorated for Christmas for me and then when the main character arrives they’re STILL decorating like how much more lights and garland does one town need?! 😭
Don’t forget the fresh tree they got from the tree lot that magically turned into a fake tree once they got it in the house.

You forgot about the endless Jingle Bells song playing, the female protagonist's best friend who is just there to squueee over her love interest, the child that's sick or something, and the black guy with no backstory. Overall, it's a good video and accurately portrays every Hallmark movie.
Ryo Asuka for now the female protagonist’s best friend is usually ( if not always) a black woman with light skin and frizzy hair ( never straight) who always cheer up the main girl as if it was her own love life 😂, she’s very sassy and confident, and it looks like her goal in life is to make sure that her best friend is settled down with the main guy.
Sometimes when the cast can afford another actor they make her ending up at the end with a random dude, that she only talked with one time, and unlike the heroine who will have an entire clichy movie the black best friend immediately end up in a relationship with the random dude 😂
the one black guy is always the whitest character in these films, too.
Also someone has to be royalty and a baking or ice sculpting competition has to happen also the fiance who doesn't care about them.

Haha, I've watched like four or five movies like this this Christmas season already. Forgot the small town high school nostalgia event...with her angry at him for a misunderstanding and the townsfolk telling/ her overhearing the hero's tale of how he rebuilt the local economy with his secret manly talent.(biochemist/ glass blower/ ect)

I love how the stories that take place in a Christmas decoration called a town in Vermont is actually located in an alpine village somewhere in British Columbia.
