That’s the diff between tuners and ricers, tuners go for performance first while ricers go with cosmetics. Im not gonna hate on them cause at least there somewhat interested in car culture, they just never had the chance to feel what it’s like to be behind the wheel of a fast car imo
i got my 6mt sedan for 900$, and i have about 4k canadian into total now to have a mostly working car with a new clutch and most of the normal bolt ons, pretty good cars

I had a 2005 Altima SE-R. Nissan made good money early 2000’s- that VQ35DE and HR motor was in everything. And stock sound was bot bad at all- got real deep when you rise past 5,500rpm. This is by dar the vest interviewI have ever seen in my life. Dakota, I am moving to North Dakota, and then South Dakota. Because you are that good. I've owned 2 g35's. An HR sedan and now a 05 coupe. Very fun and sporty cars. They have a ton of potential....As long as your aren't a ricer. One more thing, don't straight pipe your g35/350z
@@CEOMOLA47 I’ve had my g35 coupe for around 6 months and it’s been flawless, only 2 problems I have is my gas gauge reads wrong, manageable if I count my miles, and my passenger side window when it’s rolling up automatically goes down a bit but I just hold the button and it goes up fully, other than that it has been extremely Reliable besides this one time I was left stranded becuz I didn’t check my coolant level and almost over heated
I had my 04 G coupe since 2016 mods on it and has been daily driver from LA to the Inland Empire I put a lot of miles on it it’s sitting in the 200, 000 now, I fucking love it get compliments on it daily. Only issues I ran into is alignment, oil consumption, window motor going out. Still going strong

Ok, so as far as dashkit, you got JDM or metra? If metra, go home, If it's JDM and you want to keep the dual climate, you've gotta take the dual climate piece from the USDM model and solder it to the JDM blank button space.
Mans called it a uprev. Uprev is the tuning software rev up is a version of vq35de that came in 05-06 models with variable valve timing on both exhaust and intake cams. And it’s a engine not a motor.
loll love this driver to driver segment, i'm a G owner, 2003 G35 coupe, black on black(int), i spent 9k in 2014 it had just under 90k mileage, and i just broke 150k on the mileage as of last week, and till this day everyone wonders how i still have the car, they are really easy to maintain, they get temperamental when you install parts that are not OEM, but outside of that they are great reliable cars, check the oil every few thousand miles and you have a car that wont leave you stranded on the road, just keep up with the regular maintenance guys, they are dope cars lol, dakota i love the dick'ish responses, but they made me laugh lmaooo #staydriven

G37- just because it's the upgraded G35 and I'm 103% sure the Gallery gasket issue they had for the first few years will be a huge thing. I'd gladly do it as a happy G37 owner if I was closer to where they are but PA is just a wee bit too far

Coming from a mechanic at a dealership for years, I think alot of this is off. I bought my 2003 at 62k miles, now at 220k!! No appearance mods, stock rims stock body, just BC coilovers and header back exhaust. It's fun to daily drive and nothing other than tires, pads and rotors, oil change, and one clutch replacement. Just take these cars for as they are instead of fucking with them and they will never leave you stranded

05 with 217k miles, easiest car to maintain, it's been dripping oil since I got it at 70k miles in 2012 but never had any issues
