I loved the first Twister movie. I figure I'll love the new one too. I know pine cones hitting an old roof sound just like tree limbs. I also know you can't go wrong with Luke Combs.
I dont live in Oklahoma but go through there alot. I was there when the tornado hit Moore Oklahoma I was in Oklahoma city. I went down to Moore to help out and I couldnt believe my eyes at all. Absolutely surreal it was horrible.
I enjoyed the movie! In the past five years my mom has lived through a tornado hitting her home twice now. The most recent was this year March 2024 in Alabama.
Bright blessings to the storm chasers for keeping us safer. When I want to know what the weather is actually doing, if the storm chasers are near me, I’m tuned in! Better coverage than our locals can do imho. Is this from Twisters?
The young man driving the Toyota Tundra truck at the 2:29 mark is Nascar Cup Driver John Hunter Nemecheck is the son of former Nascar driver "Front Row Joe" Joe Nemecheck and the nephew of the late Nascar driver John Nemechek, JHN drives for Legacy Motor Club he drives the #42 Toyota Camry , two of his car owners is "The King" Richard Petty and "7 Time Champion " Jimmie Johnson.
I've heard poor reviews of what I've read but who knows there have been plenty of good movies that had horrible reviews, lol. Tornadoes sound exactly like freight trains. I experienced a minor one as a kid in Pennsylvania. Still did quite a bit of damage and was a frightening few minutes. There was zero warning now I'm talking in the 1980s. I was walking with friends headed towards home when I looked at the sky and saw the funnel start to drop.
I have a request that i know you will love. Its called God & Country by Anne Wilson. If you can please react to it, if its not too much trouble, I'd very much appreciate it. God Bless!
The whistle of a long black train lyric is a nod to the fact that a tornado sounds like a train is coming right for you.
100 percent
And the fact that "the long black train" is a well known metaphor for death.
Great song. He has a powerful voice.
The new twister movies a good one! Saw it in theater

Hi would you react too Ferlin Husky ( Wings of a Dove )? It's an old live black and white video version from the Grand Ole Oprey.
There is a DJ(forget his name) but her put the lyrics of this song over Soulja boy music. It sounds so good
