deathbastardable definitely! Behold the arctopus has always been one of my favorite bands, they never got enough recognition. I hear a lot of sleep terror influence as well in this particular song. Loving it.
Well done the Fine Constant....your performance moves in lofty circles.......Can you imagine the music as a score being played by a large orchestra...some faustian like opera with fire and lots of intensity. Your music and performance are exquisite. the video is technical and aggressive. Your fans most easily appreciate your path less traveled....give the others time to digest the depth of your feelings and to break away from the mundane...you all provoke the listener's senses....some struggle to get comfortable, but your music is not meant to be comfortable or to fit the standard form....if you play it...they will come......thanks....I really enjoyed closing my eyes, sitting back and falling into the vortex....
Nor the bassist. He does zero counter rhythm and just sweeps and taps in unison with the guitars. I mean he's got serious skills but no musicality. Probably was a guitarist who picked up the bass. It's not the same instrument, unfortunately.

Glad to see her employing that left hand smallest finger with greater frequency. The 3 finger habit died (mostly) as it should have in the 80's - 90's. Dig it! The band integrated insanely well !
I am absolutely ecstatic to watch them grow as a group over the next few years. I can only imagine they will intertwine their thoughts and desires moreso as they continue their journey.
Sick as as hell. Astounding technical skill while still remaining palatable and melodic. First part of the song might be unable to comprehend by non-musicians or those who can't follow or just dislike alternate time signatures...but at 1:30 the quiet interlude builds up to that face melting outro...holy shit I got chills. Everything is on point, the rhythm guitar line is stirring, the flawless lead sounds perfect and gorgeous (I can't even imagine being able to sweep that fast.) The first time I watched this my jaw dropped when the drummer double timed his kick drum pattern. Is it just me, or is that like 8 kicks per second?? I can't tell if it's the mix, or if he's really doing something faster than hexi-kicks. It's insanely fast. Either way, never heard of you just had my drummer link this to me and now I'm a fan for life. Keep up the awesome work, I'm going to sit down and learn the White Walls lead from one of your other videos.
