As a kid, I was forced to do horrible things as part of ritual abuse. I was violated in my humaness in so mamy ways. When I told my parents what happened, they said I had an mental illness. I was forbidden to speak about it - every day I did the beatings got worse up until the point I feared that I wouldn't survive my dad's beating. Or at least got permanent heavy brain damage, his goal was that I wouldn't speak about it, by choice or by inability. I was even forbidden to cry. This song helped me to do that.

I’ve been carrying so much heavy and negative energy accumulated over the many years of mental and physical abuse I didn’t do much about it until my spiritual awakening , which added more pain but I know that whatever I’m going through right now it’s just to help me to heal and live a life I came here to live and do what I came here to do and now I understand purpose of life and I know my mission. I don’t blame, hate, criticize anyone or anything for my pain, instead I thank for every single thing I experienced. I’m learning everything all over again but the right way this time, not what we’ve been taught I’m aware that that’s process and what I experienced in 48 years of my life is going to be removed from me overnight but I’m fully dedicated to work on it

my 'healthy numbing' activity is intellectual improvement
rather than physical, though I have always had an interest in that.
It just explains where I got this extreme self-reliance
