This Reiki session is intended to assist you with cutting the etheric cords of negative attachments that are draining you.
Being in a sleep, awake, occupied or engaged in other activities while simultaneously

As I listened to this I felt a ton of chords being cut from my heart chakra. Never felt so lifted before in my heart chakra. Always felt a heaviness of other people’s pain in my heart, like a huge weight on my heart causing me to be lethargic and uninterested in my own life. Always so focused on the pain in my heart from others and negative energy from others and trying to figure out how to release it without success. Im a magnet for other people’s negative energy or have been since I was young. Always internalizing other people’s negativity towards me and making it my own. I need to listen to this daily.
