Just heard for the 1st time EVER....lightning is coursing through my veins yet I am as calm as an undisturbed pond... To hear the very end ring away was epic... Well done. Without music I would be lost....I NEED it EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. Thankful to have another song that becomes personal in a way.... to help try to fix all that I have broken & lost...🌎
You are crazy if you think Kurt or Pat could ever play guitar like this (that was not their point but they also didn't have nearly this skill). The mashup is great
"This is off our unreleased record. Most people don't know it." Sounds just like this song would've blended in perfectly with their New York set on that cold night on November 18, 1993.
Wow, for something done in your spare time...awesome, thank you! The quality is there, not mechanical sounding at all. Keep up the great work, deserves a ton of views, hopefully not removed.

Goddamn! That's one of the most beautiful compositions/vocal performances I've ever heard in my nearly 50 years on earth. Truly stunning. When you think grunge demigod vocals one immediately thinks Layne Staley #1, Chris Cornell #2 (or vice versa, of course, depending on your overall preference... As immensely, insanely original and otherworldly talented Cornell is, I still adore and uplift Layne's vocals to a plateau all on his own!), but it's easy to overlook how original Kurts vocals could be when he really pushed it to the extreme with his unique style and intensity! RIP to all three grunge demigods! Kurt, Layne & Chris...
Oh WOW. I always loved this song, but acoustically this song sits on another level. Perfect, I actually think I prefer this style to the original. Unplugged New York feel for sure. Amazing😊👍😍
@@kayleyraemusic Am I wrong? It really doesn't sound like something Kurt would've approved. I'm really not surprised he never released it...it was just a cynical money-making ploy to tag onto a greatest hits to sell more copies. He would've just released it otherwise.
@@estebancomulet huh. Well, personally I’m a huge fan of you know you’re right. The lyrics and melody have raw intensity and it kinda serves as a window into his world at the time they recorded it, working on tracks for their next album which obviously never got to happen. So it’s significant for that reason if nothing else. But mainly what I love so much about it is the dynamic of quiet loud quiet loud. Something kurt talked about a lot that he admired of other bands like the pixies. But I hear ya, shit it’s okay to not care for it, even of my favorite bands there are always a couple songs I pass on. Kurt was so critical of his own work it’s hard to know what he’d have thought about it. But damn it I wish we’d gotten an entire album with it before he passed.
@@kayleyraemusic Yep of course I wish Kurt never took his own life, and we had another five albums of his material. Would be fascinating to see which direction he went. But I fear in any parallel world he was destined to burn out that young. Such was his genius, like a flickering flame, ready to be extinguished at any moment. He lived his life with a raw intensity, as reflected in his art. People live Dave Grohl can go on making relatively mundane stadium rock...Kurt could never do that...that's why Dave sells out stadiums and continues to this day. Their temperaments are night and day. It's why Dave will never as good as Kurt, but why Kurt is dead today. That's the riddle of creative genius.
1. Don't worry, not making anything from this! I noticed some people asking for this to be made, so I pieced it together. 2. In the video description I credit the 2 original sources.
I can see why you might think that, but I actually uploaded this before their original upload. I can't remember by how much, but it was only a few days funnily enough! Shame to see their page was hit not too long ago. We both had the same idea when Eiro Nareth released their acoustic rendition.
this arrangement is really interesting, brings a whole different color to the song
So emotional to listen to when you realize that this was one of the last songs Kurt recorded. This version feels so melancholy
It would seems Do Re Mi is the last one.

I will never bother you
I will never promise to
I will never follow you
I will never bother you
Never speak a word again

Things have never been so swell
I have never failed to fail
Pain

You know you're right
You know you're right
You know you're right
I'm so warm and calm inside
I no longer have to hide
Let's talk about someone else
The steaming soup begins to melt
Nothing really bothers her
She just wants to love herself
I will move away from here
You won't be afraid of fear
No thought was put into this
I always knew to come like this
Things have never been so swell
I have never failed to fail

Who told you how? You call it fate.
Can you put the vocals from Megadeth - She-Wolf over the Spanish guitar Cryptic Sounds version next?

I have the original file on an old computer somewhere but I'd recommend using a UA-cam to MP3 download site if you'd like to download it :)
