I've sensed the same bitterness throughout all of the Fiden's IPAs, I've had. I don't refer to it as hop-bite or something similar. I sense that it's just more of a pith/rind bitterness because it's not abrasive like hop-bite... it's just more of a pith/grapefruit/orange/pineapple bite. And I sense it in ALL of the Fiden's IPA. I almost consider it to be a "thing" of theirs'. I have approx 12 more Fiden's beer in the fridge and will see how a couple weeks of aging will impact that bitterness, if at all.
