I've problem with multiplying components with joints. When I make only two links it works perfect. After multiplying them everything rips apart. But when I make every joint by hand it's ok but it takes a lot of time. DO you know what might be a problem?

My guess is you allow to little play either between the linkages / sprockets or the linkages on itself?
What extension did you use for animation part ?
