Are all of the Love Bird cereals ok for AIP elimation? I can only find the honey ones near me and without buying a 4 pack. If I use the honey version would I just exclude maple syrup?
Hello yes I believe all of the Lovebird cereals are AIP compliant. Maple syrup is also AIP!
Is it 1/2 or 1/4 cup of cassava cereal? On the printed version, 1/2 cup is used, while the caption of this video you are stating 1/4 cup?

If you cannot find pure maple syrup, I recommend that you use pure honey.
