Col de Dame Roja - A fig variety known for its great berry flavor

CDD Roja is known for having a strong berry flavor and jammy texture. This fig wasn't quite as ripe as I would have liked, so it wasn't super jammy but it did have a very good berry flavor.

At the moment working with one variety of the late Fig. Black Madeira kk. Don't want to get ahead of myself with to many late varieties. Giving it a head start in March. Getting ripe figs in September.
