I've paid close attention to the rental market in Orlando over the past 6 months, getting ready to move there soon.
I've noticed that listings are staying up much longer lately, inventory is going up, prices are coming down... slowly...
Wage increases don't surprise me due to remote workers coming in, but I would be interested to see if there has been a decrease with remote workers getting called back in the past year, especially since it's zip code specific. We got a lot of Northern and West Coast incomes move in, not just the real estate values. Given the economic atmosphere, can our local economy sustain it is the next question.

Is Pulte the only new construction offering pools during the building process? Are they starting to offer it in more communities and not just the most expensive?
