Do you know a estimate how many sheets of paper can it print, before refilling the ink? If not its alright thank you, (it will be printing my original comic book.) Just curious of how long the ink will last
All the photos I used to do print quality test come from online. Some of them are from photographers, but the majority are just stock images from the web. But yes, the photo itself makes a very big difference when it comes to printing if it’s professional grade photo quality from a photographer is going to come out much better than something that’s really pixelated from Google for example.
Hi, which printer do you suggest to print high-quality photos but it has a smart tank or a cheap big cartridge? I have an old printer Brother J 105 which I use refilled ink but the quality of the photos is horrible. this printer has been standing with me for the past 7 years.
@@mhnoni Expensive ink cartridges good for low volume. Cheap ink tanks good for high volume. Epson ET-8500 6-tank for photos in hi volume. However, the ET-8500 6-Tank Photo Hi Vol costs a solid three times 3x more than the XP-8700 6-Cartridge Photo for Lo Vol.
Thank you for this very helpful review! Could you please tell me if this printer can print full A4 prints with and without boarders? My current Epson defaults to an annoying 15mm white boarder at the bottom with a smaller one top and bottom and I cannot change it!! I need to be able to fill the full A4 page - centered- with a small white boarder for framing. Hope this makes sense!! Many thanks
Yes this printer should be able to manage A4 size, as far as borderless. As long as you adjust the print setting on your computer and select borderless, you shouldnt have an issue.
Just bought one of these and it's kind of stupid. I can only put one sheet of paper in the rear feed. It doesn't allow me to put more paper in. Good printer but shit for users. My old canon had a cassettes and rear (same as this) but i could put more than one sheet in the rear.

Tanks are cheap, but the machines are 3x more expensive - hence better for high volume prints. Cartridges are expensive, but the machines are very cheap - hence better for low volume prints.

No auto mechanism, but it has push button retraction.
