My reaction: just came back from 2 days and it was closed BOTH days! Completely ridiculous and inexcusable, now I won’t be able to try it again till next year
Just went to the park yesterday. First ride since the revamp. I'm 66, and went on with my son & daughter both in their 30's. Sorry to say, it wasn't the cool experience we remembered. Is it wild? Yes over the top wild. Will we ride it again? A collective no! Not negative, just not for us. True wooden roller coasters are our passion. So we will stick with the Comet and Lightening Racers going forward. To those who enjoyed it, awesome, ride on... Peace.
I will be visiting Hersheypark on National Roller Coaster Day (Wednesday, August 16) along with several other local coaster enthusiasts.

It’s an RMC hybrid, not a wooden coaster. If you like wooden coasters the most, you obviously wouldn’t like the more intense coasters, like WCR.
