@@anishkoppikar6789 So, consider this when your doing your sadhana, no matter if doing a mantra practice or meditation. So, start a practice, lets say 108 repititions of a mantra and see how it feels. Then do an invocation and ask very specifically for Yogananda to assist you in the process of doing your mantra practice. Then ask for Yukteswar to assist you and so on and so forth and sense or feel for the subtle energy as it increases around you. Doing a process like this will help you to trust and realize your not allow in these endeavors. Little steps, but big intentions, let them known you love them and appreciate them, invite them into your life to aid you. In some period of time, you will witness them, see them, feel them, maybe while awake or as you sleep in dream time.
