Kriya yoga is not a joke guys
Its considers as most powerful way to move upward spiritually.
Compare to other paths of yoga.
It happened to me when i was skating rollerblades.
It started as a pain in the lower part of my spine. The pain was a small spot. Like the size of a coin on my tailbone.
The pain stayed for 2 days.
I went out skating rollerblades with a friend and every time i pushed for more speed with my right leg it hit the painful spot.
The pain transformed to blissful energy that pulsated through my body more and more.
After about 2h i got a message that said surrender to it.
Because i was fighting it.
Finally i laid down and surrender.
Every cell in my body exploded in a blissful orgasm. Afterwards i truly felt one with God.
I went home and the energy kept on going through my spine and head.
I cried for hours until i fell asleep.
This was 5 years ago and its still a work in progress.

My ears heard the sound of nature sound of birds, Leaf blowing in the wind in side my head, half body down had heavy energy then all energy moved and run up my spine to top of the head and brilliant of white light explored in my head after for a while I see all the stars shining in the sky, all it happened during meditation. I had all kind of emotion came up the same time and tears run down. When I open eyes I see everything very clear. The way to think and feel very differently after that life is never be the same before. I knew later what is this experienced.
I am so grateful to have this video in my UA-cam stream. It is interesting at the number of Kundalini videos that I see now. I have not meditated yet - I feel like a baby walking down this path. Have been experiencing unknown energy recently - up and down my spine. My hands now tingle and pulse. I am seeking help locally, but will see where this leads me. Thank you for uploading videos. I have been a disciple of NATH since 5 years now and it changed my life completely. When he first " contacted " me I was ignorant. I came across an add for a radio program he was on about his Surya-Technique and my ignorant mind just sayd "what does that old man want to teach me about taking in sunlight?" Three month later I came across the video above on youtube and his presence and words hit me so hard, I cried for an hour or two. I bingewatched his videos for two days, contacted one of his teachers, got initiated within a week and started practising Kryia Yoga. 3 months later I had the opportunity to meet him at a Satsang in Germany and got initiated by HIM again. I felt my Kundalini move in my spine during that ceremony and it was lifechanging. When the student is ready, the Master appears, that is the utter truth. If HE got a hold of you, you are worthy! I have a question for Yogiraj about my experience.
Here is my experience:
I was meditating, my eyes closed and focusing on my third eye. Suddenly I felt an enormous heat that began in my lower back and began to rise rapidly along my spine.
Then, when the heat arrived at the height of the head. I felt that my heart and breath were completely stopped.
Then I heard in my head a huge thunderclap as if I were in the middle of an electric storm.
Then, a bright, intense white light is set to rise from the center of my body to the top of my head. When the light reached the top of my head it came out of my body from the top of my head like a huge fireworks display.
Then the bright white light began to spread everywhere. There was nothing around me. There was no more object or world and my body had disappeared.
There was only light and my consciousness was watching the light.
Then I was afraid of losing my body forever so instantly the world reappeared and I reintegrated my body.
Can you tell me Yogiraj what is this experience?

It was a Kundalini awakening. Your experience is exactly what occurs during Pratyahar-Dharan, which are the 5th and 6th steps in Patanjali's Eightfold Path to Enlightenment. If your mind had not interrupted with the fear of "losing your body forever", you most likely, would have entered into the 7th step of concentration, which is Dhyan and then into the Divine state of Samadhi, which is the 8th and final step in Patanjali's Eightfold Path to Enlightenment ॐ

Kundalini is made of
1 Breath
2 Sexual fluid

What does vital force mean here 2:19, does they are discussing about prana as the vital force.

Vital fluids are the sexual fluids semen, menstrual, etc. And the life force, spiritual energy, that is contained in those fluids

sir does out of body experiences, kundalini yoga etc all lead to same, that is transcending all 5 bodies or koshas?
OBEs and Kundalini awakenings, which are often simultaneous, occur to show you that you are not the body, but that you are the soul. Kriya Yog is the Sacred Science that liberates you from all the koshas or sheaths ॐ

You will know the difference immediately when and if the kundalini rises and pierces the Sahasrar. You will never be the same again. The intensity of it will shatter everything into nothingness and you will experience Oneness (Samadhi) with your Soul (Savikalpa) and then with the Divine (Nivikalpa) ॐ
When I worship God, I can feel my Kundalini rising. A sensation at my back/spine rising upwards.
Hello, maybe you can answer me this question. I've been meditating for 4 years and for the past year at the root chakra I had vibrations every time I meditated, that has stop but now I feel by the middle of my body a sensation like if someone had a piece of ice and fire at the same time. I hope you can give me an idea about this feeling. Thank you.

@@YogirajSatGurunathSiddhanath Thank you for responding, I do a mixture, like regular breathing, breath of fire, deep breathing, a little bit of everything different days twice a day, morning 3 am and before I go to sleep night.
You need to get initiated into Shiv Gorksha Babaji's Kundalini Kriya Yog. The one technique that will smooth everything out, without randomly mixing techniques. You can't be sure about the effects that you are unknowingly creating in the astral body ॐ

One needs a Master to awaken the kundalini. It can happen spontaneously when one is seemingly alone, but the Master's presence is there nevertheless, to protect the chela during this awakening ~3`

When Kundalini rises to the Sahasrar, Samadhi, or Union with God, is attained. It is the Eighth step in Patanjali's "Eightfold Path to Enlightenment". But God may be experienced all along the way. ~3~

That depends upon your single-minded focus with the technique and the devotion you feel towards the Divine as you practice. The Shakti (the scientific technique of Kryia Yog) combined with Bhakti (Devotion to God and Guru) determine the speed by which the aspirant progresses. Combining Shakti with Bhakti is the quickest way to Moksha (Liberation) ॐ
Namaste Guruji! A few weeks back I have bumped into a video on UA-cam that shows shaktipat transmission . I decided to listen to the background music of that video which is basically "Omkara naad". I was in total surrender mood and I thought awakening kundalini might help me to be a confident and smart person .In fact, at the period of time I wasn't aware of the consequences of the kundalini awakening without proper support . Nevertheless, I sat in lotus pose and listened to the music for a while then I suddenly felt something was moving upward from the base of my spine towards my waistline. That's it,I was absolutely petrified and stopped the music at once . From that day on I started to have trouble such as heat rush, jerks, panic attacks, nightmare, disorientation, pressure in my head, click click sound, feeling of losing myself swamiji please give some advice how to deal with my problem. Please I am so stupid to have my sleeping goddess awaken from her sleep.Now I am worried if I am ever going to live a normal life . please swamiji

Wow, thanks to your question I just searched the mudra and got an answer to my question:) I ve been having kriyas(involuntarily body movements, bandhas, mudras, mantra singing) since my Kundalini got activated and have been doing this mudra (the body does it, I only witness) and I didn't know what that mudra was, and thanks to you I got it ;) Aum
What if you are born with an awakened kundalini or at least access to its energy.

How is the prana helpful in the kundalini?
With Kriya Yog Pranayam, you use the pran/apan to clear the chakras of your karma, which blocks the Kundalini from rising into the Sahasrar ❤️

I once felt a feeling going up my spine (as I lay). But it seemed effeminizing, and I was worried that it was going to turn me homosexual. It was a cool feeling, and accompanied by inaudible voices. Anyone have any ideas what was happening? Was it kundalini?
That was the Pranic current in the sushumna nadi. Why do you fear, everyone has a male and female side.

Stop over-thinking it. Keep the mind out of it. Lakshmi, the Kundalini Goddess, is everything. She is the matrika, the entire matrix of creation. No intellectual explanation will suffice to describe Her. Remain silent and become one with Her ॐ

Kundalini Awakening is not based upon one sexual activity or lack thereof. Kundalini Awakenng occurs spontaneously when the aspirant is ready to evolve spiritually. It is a dramatic spiritual event. Whether one is celibate or not, it happens at the appropriate time. ~3~

when the kundalini rises from base of spine and placed her self in centre of the head temporary time until sahasrara opens... we feel 24*7 time vibration or cool tingling around head specially between two eye and top forehead ....but I want to know about sahasrara opening..I feel some white light sparking most of time front of my eyes specially forehead and even getting bigger bright light but it vanishes after little attention to it.... feels cool tingling sensation trying to enter into my brain from top of head.,..is it the process of opening sahasrara? is it truth I am going know? day by day headech getting higher and inner voice getting much louder...I feel bliss and confused at same time.... is it ok?
The Sahasrar opens when Samadhi is attained and not before. Focus with your heart and the rest will take care of Itself. The cool tingling is the Kundalini Ganga ॐ

The burning is your Kundalini energy, which is at the base of your sushumna nadi or astral spinal canal. Shakti or Pran has many manifestations. Don't be concerned, just allow it to manifest. Gurunath is with you, always ॐ

Usman Naqshbandi Whether the Kundalini Awakening seems solely spontaneous or not, it is always the result of Shaktipat from the Master. Many have thought that they were alone when Kundalini Awakening occurred, but the Master is always present with them in Spirit, to give them this boon in their spiritual evolution and to protect the chela during this experience. 3~HY

Kundalini Awakening is a spontaneous occurrence which happens when the spiritual aspirant is ready. It is a blessed event, even though it may seem overwhelming at the instant that it occurs. It is a push forward in one's spiritual evolution and is never to be feared or avoided. The Ascended Masters are always present while protecting the experiencer from any harm. So embrace it and surrender. ॐ
