- Testing out the Loopbox pedal by OneControl. This is a neat little true bypass pedal that lets you run the loop through and allows you to turn on/off the loop with amps that do not have the ability to do so.
nice sound ! what pedals you use ?
So you just have to add your delay into the loop box pedal? I have a problem when using my mooer 005 with delay on the last chain into fx return. The delay sounds muddy
hey man , great video
i have a question, i got a vintage marshall 100 watt head but it doesnt have an fx loop, so if i get this loopbox and connect to it a volume pedal , will i be able to crank my amp a lil bit and lower the volume level through the volume pedal connected to this fx loopbox?
I’m not entirely sure because I haven’t tried that but I’m guessing by the design you wouldn’t be able to. I know I had to have the send and return inputs connected to work.
I'm about to order my first loop box. I'm debating just making my own with a diy kit.
Hi! It work in parallel? So you can hear boh sound wet and dry? Or It only switch loop to bypass?
question, If I run a reverb pedal threw the input and then output to the amp... and then in the return and sent i put in the distortion... will this allow to swtich between the two but stomping?
I do not believe that would work but it’s also something I have not tried before.
Does this work the same as a built in fx loop on an amp? All mine seems to do is cut effects on and off with the hit of the switch, however I wanted one to get a nice sound of using all my pedals because my amp has no fx loop option on it. I can't tell any difference between using it and not using it at all on my setup I'm confused.
This pedal runs into the amps effects loop so you have the ability to turn the effects on or off. Your amp needs to have an effects loop for this to work.
Hey does this pedal pop or anything when switching?
Thanks!
Josh Woodard I didn’t have any popping going on at all
my amp unfortunately does not have an effects loop, can i use the return for preamps?
Well, you can of course get your dirt sounds from pedals and place your modulation after that, but the amp itself cannot be set to a dirty setting without distorting the modulation as well
Do pedals like this one mix the return and input or does it just create a linear chain between input-->send? I'm trying to blend an effect in that on it's own loses too much tone.
These just make it so you can shut off and turn on effects in your existing effects loop if it is not switchable.
Does the power have to be plugged in for this pedal to work?
Yes
Hi , excuse me , can you detail your routing more precisely please ?
Great video, shitty pedal. Thanks for the help
