Listening to this for the first time back then I thought it was kinda funny (yes, the 'Ah Ah Ah Ah' part) But after a few times I can't deny the love with how harmonious the mix between rock songs and Isan songs. Then this is one of my favorite BS songs.

You mentioned that it sound a bit Irish yes some Thai instrument sound similar I learn the first time when I listen to the Corrs.

The most special of this song is the collaboration of modern rock with traditional Thai E-San singing. And the mixing of strings, both guitars and folk string instruments, is great. There are many rock bands in Thailand, but this kind of collaboration is very rare. The name of the female vocalist can be pronounced as 'si-ri-phorn. (you've made it correctly). The word 'phorn' here means 'blessing'. Her name has a very beautiful meaning as "best wishes". Thank you very much for your appreciation. I'm Thai and I'm so proud of this song as well.

as a amateur guitarist, I'd like to give some information regards some details in music.
This song merges mainstream rock and local Thai music in the northeastern part (ESAN) together.
The music in Siriporn's part (and also other parts in the song), lot's of Esan instruments are used and they play the actual Esan music into this song.
As you may able to feel, her voice is unique, I believe this is the nature of singers in this genre which the way they use/produce their voices are quite different from western style.
Moreover, after guitar solo part, Siriporn improvises versus Toon, all of her notes (or most of them) are based on minor-pentatonic scale.
By the way, the melody arrangement and the note selection in up&down direction make it sound totally different from minor-pentatonic things in western pop/rock music.
Guitar, bass and drum parts also add Esan music licks & styles all over the entire song.
Therefore, as a Thai people, this blending style is very smooth so that this track can get a recognition in both mainstream and Esan music society.
For example, when I first listened to Taylor Swift and Blake Shelton (in the first era),
although I felt that they are US pop music but I could sense some guitar licks or something which reminded me the country music (like John Denver) inside their song.
