I can’t hear any American. She has a Northwest English accent. She comes from the same county as Harry Styles, although his accent is more noticeable to my Southern English ears.
Wouldn’t say forced, but a good effort.. My son has a natural Canadian/British accent. It’s funny to hear how his sentence are made up of both accents.
They should have given her a British/American accent in the show. Contextually wise it would make sense and she actually says some things in an American way
