Earlier I thought Liam is an australian because he was more popular in BBL as an agressive hitter in Perth scorchers, but now he is the backbone of England middle order and the current player who can hit longest sixes consistently❤️🔥

KP kind of dug his own grave by getting into that sms exchanges with the South African players about Andrew Strauss…. Unfortunately after they lost the Ashes in Australia - 5-0, he was then made the scapegoat for the debacle.

For anyone who thinks Livingstone's power is gotten all from the wrists, try standing front on and hitting a six. It's more complicated than that. Power comes from the ground up, from proximal to distal. It's a tragedy that reductive, incorrect information is being given to an audience at a large scale like this.

The reason why Andrew Flintoff lost to buttler.And now pieterson also lost to livingstone is that those players have been retired 5 to 6 years ago and their fitness might not be upto the mark
Freddie's probably way fitter than when he was playing! It's not fitness rather than just consistently playing vs. sitting at home.
And also you need to acknowledge that the modern day players are better in some ways. They are brought up in the environment which these guys had to adapt. Somebody like a Jos or Liam is practicing and devising hitting techniques for quite a long time.
With age you lose the hand to eye coordination ,sehwag n dhoni struggled with this too at end of their playing days

The ball is not gonna turn massively I reckon. The ICC is gonna make sure that it does not happen and that's why they have taken Oman as venue for qualifiers to prepare pitches for the world cup in UAE after IPL. And they do have quality players to tackle spin. Buttler, bairstow, Morgan are decent player of spin and indeed Morgan enjoyed fairly good success in UAE with KKR compared to his returns in India and Liam also has played a lot of PSL in UAE so those conditions are not alien for him

Kev was complaining about how that guy threw in hitting lengths to Livingstone. For Kev, he had to run down to make the length thereby losing balance and distance.

Banton is nowhere near the other guys you mentioned. He has a lot of work to do both with his technique and also the way he constructs his T20 innings.
