Each exam is different, and the person is gonna ask you random questions, the only thing is that they will probably try to match your interests. There are even little exercises with random images, you can't stage all of that.

I always wonder ,We study subjects even more than the number of fingers in our hands in our home countries ,that too in English medium and we get the best results for all those subjects and we get accepted to best foreign universities but still we have to prove our English speaking and understanding ability to go to certain countries ,again after studying there for 4 years and getting aftet getting the degree still we need to take English exams to take the PR. What do they think ? That we studied and got the degree from a university of their own country by speaking Mandarin ?Arabic ? I wish every third class country starts adopting the same rules for foreigners so it will make them realize how ridiculous it is to be judged and always get asked Can you speak English ,Can You speak English .
In Germany if you have a German degree you don't need to provide German proficiency anymore. For the english speaking degrees the administration wanted that students have to provide expensive English proficiency certs. They very quickly refrained from it after pointing out that professors should take that to regularly. These tests are way to much focuses on everyday conversation. For university studies I never needed to talk about my home, my weekends. I needed to describe abstract comcepts with lots of specific vocabulary which I would had to learn in my native tongue as well. And what do people expect that they suddenly forget how to speak a language while living there. Especially how can you forget English, English is everywhere.

So I just decided to leave that chore for my sister to deal with. -- I feel the most at peace when my whole family is sitting together at night to just chat about how our day was, crack jokes, watch shows, or anything really. We don’t have those moments often which just makes them even more special to me. Nothing brightens up my mood more than that after a long stressful day.
