I don’t know why people keep missing a crucial part of the indictment. The Cassie incident was INCLUDED in the indictment, she was not specifically named, but she is one of the victims listed. The video 100% will be used in court…

If the statue of limitations was up where he wouldn't do jail time for DV, that's the problem of the law. Before ANYONE saw that video, he had paid her monetarily, for his egregious actions. That was agreed upon by her and her representation.
To "leak" this video to sway future juries, is a form of tampering with any future case(s) brought against him. SOME prior acts cannot always be used.

After the one accuser was found to lie and try to pay her boyfriend to lie for her I'm skeptical of all the accusations. Also when the prosecutor said Cassie admitted to putting her hands on him and hitting him with the phone first before running out the room, I'm skeptical of her as well. Especially after she only did this because he wouldn't buy the publishing rights to her book because he didn't want his name in it.

At the end of the day, he LIED & said it was a smear campaign & a money shakedown. Had we never seen this video this man would have tried to make Cassie look incredibly crazy, which he almost did until we saw what & who he really is. Should he be allowed his day in court absolutely but after he sat and played in our faces & called Cassie & others a lie he lost me. I don't believe anything that man says at this point. Everything has to be proven to be a real lie with evidence at this point. I understand that he's a black man & the appearance is that they're picking on him; NO, his EGO did this to him. He is a great talent, but do we overlook the things that are right in our face? If that was one of his daughters being beaten what and how do you think he and their brothers would feel & or react?
