Actually, if they did release him on bail the monitoring of his activity would be severe. He'd blow his whole case if he tried to intimidate any witnesses. The odds of him getting out on bail are less than 1%. The district judge won't change the ruling of the lower Courts. The gynocentric weaponized police state did him dirty. He was in NYC ready to surrender but they refused his calls or setting up an appointment. Instead, they went and took him into custody. The sole reason they did this was so they could bolster their argument that he should be denied bail...
