Liked that you tore the tag off the towel before use.
How do you do the exterior of the windows? Might consider using a random orbital for this job. It can help keep the interior, black canvas (everything else too) clean of sling. 👍🏻

How can I clean extreme water spots off of my boats windows? Ive tried many different products and nothing seems to be helping at all.

If they are glass, UA-cam BRING IT ON. They likely have a website And it’s made by people who know their product. I bet they will advise you - They will also tell you the best sponge applicator or cloth to use to not scratch the glass. I’ve purchased about six different so called water spot removers but this is the only one that works
