Hi guys we always love to look at your videos, you make us laugh sometimes, especially when you guys cutting up the cat fish 😂 we do it differently in Guyana 🇬🇾, we call that fish curass, we cut out the fins first then cut the part on the bottom, we call it the collarbone straight down to the belly and then take the guts off, then cut it up in slices 😂 😂, that's how we do it.
Love you guys videos for sure. Wow, that is a lot of salt mom put in there on top of using saltfish as well. She was dropping it in there by the hand fulls. You guys should try cutting back on that salt and preserve life.

You can put some kuchela in the curry as well.😋. Maybe by stirring the pot so much, it broke up. Too bad eh. You owe Leah a slice of fish. Good thing she ate a slice earlier.
