Acumatica is closest to Dynamics SL which could ace unit price revenue recognition. Most construction ERP systems OK as to fixed price and T&E. But, they fail at unit price from a revenue rec standpoint. In other words, they can bill units at contract price, but they cannot do rev rec at time of production vs billing.
Procore is amazing at project management but it is 100% not an ERP system. You have to integrate additional softwares with it to essentially turn it / them into a ERP solution.
And for those in Australia and New Zealand, MYOB Advanced is based upon Acumatica ERP with the addition of people and compliance solutions unique to our markets.
Really good insights Eric! Loved hearing your feedback and perspective! We integrate with all of the products you mentioned as well as many others. You obviously have a great deal of experience in this area of expertise and your insights are instructive!
Is this list still relevant today. We are using one of the companies on this list but are shopping around. The mention of several leaving vista is concerning, since evaluating these companies, I felt this might best fit our requirements. Is Spectrum a response to the exodus and has it maintained it’s customer base?
We are in a consulting firm, looking for a PSA, hope you can provide some insight on the tope ten for Consulting, service vertical that requires heavy Resource Management.

Excited to see the recognition of Acumatica as the leader in the Construction Accounting & ERP category!

If this is a supposed to be a top 10 list of construction ERP solutions, why is Procore on the list?
Exactly it isn’t an ERP

Thanks for sharing your nice information. Which one is available and best for Middle-east countries?
You should also add Spectrum by Trimble/Viewpoint and Sage Intacct to your list
Interesting list you left of some big ones and added non ERP software.
I was looking for it

Would InEight be a Best of Breed solution and the reason why it is not on the list? 😉
I'd say for the same reason's that Procore shouldn't be on the top 10 construction ERP list.
