Europe's great potential for innovation and talent must be exploited and utilized even more. At today's #ForumUnternehmerTUM, we discussed with high-caliber speakers what transformations are needed to ensure a resilient, liveable future:
- The use of AI is critical to overcoming business challenges. Driving research and developing new processes is essential.
- In order to act more resiliently and thus be able to react immediatly, decisions need to be made more quickly and long coordination processes need to be broken down.
- We need resilient employees, founders, and managers for resilient companies. To achieve this, it is important to share experiences with each other and across industries.
Through cooperation and mutual exchange, we can overcome the challenges of the future together. At the same time, companies and societies can act more resiliently in the face of crises and move towards a more sustainable life cycle. Now, it is up to each and every one of us to implement these.
