I have been with many big youtubers when they were small in the past, and they all seem to forget about me when they become big 😭😭😭
I will give you some tips if you promise to remember me when your a big youtuber.

Okay so i'm not a youtuber myself but from what I have learned you get a lot of subs by doing high quality content like your already doing, and just hopping on the "algorithm train" so basickly doing what alot of other bigt youtubers are doing that gets them a lot of views.
Honestly if you stay consistent in what your currently doing and just make your thumbnails and video ideas inspired by other big youtubers, I promise you you will have 100k in no time.
