True. But there are different kinds of attention.
The first attention is say when we watch UA-cam, or talk to someone.
Then there is the second attention. When you practise dissolving the first. Your entire concept of reality changes. Then Carlos Casteneda says you are really seeing. This means when you look at a stone it is not a stone of first attention.
The stone has become somewhat a magical object . The becomes a power object say to you. You hold the stone , keep it in the palms of your hand and look at it everyday . Everyday it is a new stone.
Then in second attention dreams are just not mere dreams. You are the dreamer and the dreamed. So is there really anything there. There is , but you are the creator of the particular existence.
Sometimes I myself have felt in heightened awareness of second attention there are cosmic strings are attached to my energy body. The reality is not what we observe which are mere instruments.
Anyway thought I would share.
Then there is the third attention , the dreamer dreams himself into existence, and enters anothers dream, who then enters into another dream. Like dreams within dreams within dreams etc.
Crazy , yes but it is all true.
