We have no communication right now but I have him in my mind all the time. I am trying to focus on me and change the obsession. I always believe that Everything Happens for a reason...it is so timely I came across your video in the same title as my wake-up call. I am learning to let go of someone that doesn't serve me at all and it is just irksome that I couldn't take him out of my mind although I knew already that he is just a mere ideal man to me. In fact, to show what really makes me hold on to him, which I should not do.. I listed "What I like" and "What I don't like" about him. And I found out that I am just into his outside/physical attributes. Now, I've realized more, that I can do all of the things that will make me happy on my own. I should not waste my time and energy on someone that doesn't care about me. I am letting him go. I trust the Universe that I'll be meeting The One for me soon. I was so vulnerable & asked if he wanted to get to know me after a brief encounter & to my suprise he accepted, only to be very short lived - got.cold feet, backed out, right off - we do work together but he should have said no! It's been very difficult & I am still attracted to him & am a bit resentful of the false hope/words he gave me & just avoided it all, we are just getting back to a friendship but I so want to be heard/clarity to move forward, don't know when or how....

Thank you for this video. I’ve been releasing, and cord pulling cutting, and everything to try to remove the ache but ultimately understand that I need to feel it all the way through. It’s getting a bit easier each day but man the grieving, it still stings and hurts when I recall the hurt and the sadness that this is the end.

I have a question. How do males and females bond with each other? I don't see how men and women can bond (especially romantically) with each other.
Women can build incredible friendships and become very close to each other in a way men can't bond, and science shows that women can bond very well with each other. recently an incident happend in my life ...I love a boy sincerely but he
is not interested in me...he told me to find another person...and after
that another person proposed me and I don't know what to do I was
totally confused ....I didn't loved him but I accepted him as I thought
that If I didn't done that he will be heart broken....But I am not able
to get out from my first love...so after 4 days I told him that I am not
able to forget about my first love and I didn't accepted him with a
real love but only with a fear only....And I told that I am not happy
with this new relationship and I am going back to my normal....And at
first I said yes but because of this I told NO to him after 4
days...Now I am back to normal I love the same Guy whom I loved first
and I am happy for that...But now I am depressed and totally sunken in
sorrow that I did something wrong to the boy by accepting him and
afterwards saying no.....Please anyone say that the thing I did was
correct or wrong...💔
