Holy Crap! They made such a big deal about this and then hide it in accessibility. I thought my watch was broken or something GEEZ.
I have the new Series 9 but I dont see the quick actions. But I do see it in my phone watch app.

Using your watch:
Go into > “Settings” > “Accessibility”
Scroll down until you get to “Motor”
Then tap “Assistive Touch” and set to “on”
Using your Iphone:
Go to “Watch”
Scroll to “Accessibility” then “Motor”
Then tap on “Assistive Touch” and set to “on”
Same, here. He has not answered my repeated action for help.

I was scared to update it because I updated to the 10 and my battery had that drain issue and they had to send me two new watches.. I'm trying now I'll let you know🙏🏼

I know it’s been a lil while, but if you haven’t figured it out yet: I also do not have the Quick Actions on my S9.
Using your watch:
Go into > “Settings” > “Accessibility”
Scroll down until you get to “Motor”
Then tap “Assistive Touch” and set to “on”
Using your Iphone:
Go to “Watch”
Scroll to “Accessibility” then “Motor”
Then tap on “Assistive Touch” and set to “on”

Yeah that’s not double tap , that feature isn’t being released until oct 23, it’s in beta mode for devs , b4 you put information out you should make sure it’s correct.And it’s a feature exclusive to Apple Watch series 9

I was seeing all the videos have the gesture option and I’m thinking I brought the wrong version of the watch or something. I hope you know i love you now 😭

Maybe this could help: using your Iphone:
Settings > Accessibility > Gestures > Double Tap > set to off
Return to Accessibility > Scroll down to Motor > Assistive Touch > set toggle to On

My Apple Watch doesn’t even have the option quick action on that page and my double tap won’t work 😮
I have the series 9 watch. Double tap has never worked. Following your instructions there is no “quick action” option in accessibility. Help, please. My warranty is about to expire. Apple has been no help.
Within the latest watchOS you would find Quick Actions within AssistiveTouch, but keep in mind that you would have to deactivate Double Tap in case you want to use this action.

Hmm. Seems quite a few people are still having issues and this guy doesn’t engage 😂. If you still haven’t figured it out:
By using your Watch app on your Iphone: > Accessibility > Gestures > Double Tap > set to off
Return to Accessibility > Scroll down to Motor > Assistive Touch > set toggle to On
