I installed Need For Speed Most Wanted Redux V3, then install Plak Graphics Ultimate Edition on top of the Redux. As for the gameplay changes you can increase the amount of racers, traffic, and cops using Zolika1351's Limit Adjuster

Mod to Increase Racer Opponents, Cops, and Traffic:

Changes i made to the game:
AI Racers have 200% acceleration (vltEdit)
Increased the amount of opponents to 11 (Zolika's Limit Adjuster)
Increase the amount of maximum active traffic to 127 (Zolika's Limit Adjuster)
Cars will roll more (like Need For Speed Pro Street physics) (vltEdit)
Racers can get totaled in every game mode (including the player) (vltEdit)
Knockout races now have 5 laps, which makes the mode the hardest game mode in the entire game (vltEdit)
All races will have cops (vltEdit)
Force the game to always have 10 active cops, new cops will spawn nearby if there are less than 10 active cops (Zolika's Limit Adjuster)
Cops can spawn roadblocks starting from heat 1, and SUVs on higher heat levels during races (NFSMW Extra Options)
If you are interested on changing the game values to match mine, i made a script pack for you to use, there's a tutorial/readme text file if you're not familiar with vltEd so make sure to read it:

If you don't want to go through the hassle installing all the things above one by one, here's my entire game. However i found a lot of bugs and issues when i tried to play this without Plak Graphics, so it's recommended to have Plak Graphics if you want to play this (or you can try fixing it yourself if you know how, feel free to do so)

If you are using my full game above, do NOT install my modscripts with them! Strange bugs will occur if you install my scripts on top of my modded full game so be careful!
Warning! Make sure to backup your main game folder before you start tinkering with the game! The modscripts will make the game so much harder, so having a backup is advised if you don't like the changes
I know this is impossible, but i would love to see an official Remaster or Remake of NFS Most Wanted one day, because i genuinely think this is one of the best arcade racing games out there

so these are the cops every racing game player talked about. lol, making condition 5 cops look like practice.
Since you now buy a new car for every Blacklist rival you've beaten, you should consider getting some big heavy muscle car to wrestle with the cops. Any new sleek and light import or exotic is just going to get tossed about by them as usual.
I bought a muscle car (the Dodge Charger R/T), it was amazing in straight line but i could not keep up with the opponents on medium and sharp corners

Very good video, entertaining as always, I wonder when you're going to try the more than 2 helicopters chasing you thing (I also have a mod that I haven't released yet that improves the cops and makes them much more varied and aggressive, if you want, I can send it to you)
I gave the multiple choppers a try, the screen shaked way too much lol i couldn't drive without getting motion sickness
@@HierToGame That's the huge problem with that, with only 2 ye it starts to make you dizzy (In case you were wondering, no, you cannot disable the cameras shakes)

Do you think maybe the sudden roadblock bug has something to do with adding roadblocks to races in the extra options mod?
Yeah it's mainly the cause of the problem, but it's either having roadblocks in races (which sometimes can be buggy like the sudden spawn bug) or no roadblocks at all, so i'll bear with the bug
Have you tried buying a bulkier car like Mustang or Subaru?
