Its Octo204 You don't need an SD card, there's another way but it's slightly unstable. Go to Oatmealdome.me/splatfest on your Wii u's browser, it may crash a few times but just keep trying

It's possible, if Nintendo decided to check the Splatfest servers and ban whoever is using it. But as of testing, we haven't experienced any bans.
