Hi there! I’m about to pick mine up from their shop in a couple of days - pretty excited as I’ve read a lot of good reviews (a couple of bad too)
These videos you have made are awesome and such a huge help for someone like me. I’ve never owned an E Bike before so I wonder if there’s any tips for washing and maintenance, things to watch out for, things you’ve learned etc that might help me and other people who are thinking of buying from Volition

Really nice to see that you’re a genuine person reviewing these products too, not obviously a paid gig like so much other stuff on UA-cam these days. Keep up the good work mate.

Hi just wanted to say great video review I currently own a Volition Dingo myself and not saying it definitely is but the rattling noise in your videos from the bike may be your rear cassette locking nut loose my bike actually came loose on the test ride. Anyway I have experienced this with Deore cassettes on other bikes and the check is your cassette can grab the cassette and move it in separate halves if you know what I mean the fix is fit a SLX lock nut problem solved, I agree though overall great bike 👍

Thanks for the comment, the rattling noise you are hearing is the kick stand bouncing around, I have been racking my brain trying to come up with a solution other than taking in off the bike, but I love having a kick stand. I have to say it has taken me a few rides and tweaking the suspension and tyres as well as re familiarising my self with the Bafang system to finally find the sweet spot for this bike but now that I have I can’t believe how well it handles out on the trails. Have fun on you Dingo.
