Ang maganda kasi sa style ng pagluluto ni goma ay madaling hanapin ang mga ingredients di tulad ng ibang celebrities na kung ano anong imported ingredients pa ang inilalagay. Like po if its true

What I like about his cooking videos is everything is so raw. He gets his ingredients from his farm, he slices them himself unlike the usual where everything was already ready in small containers. Here he does everything himself and give tips about the process along the way.

I add garlic too para mabango.... whichever version you do it,Bistek Tagalog will always be a winner!👌🏻 Mao na diha!!!

Yum! I am really impressed on your ingredients, it's for real. Some celebs in Philippines that I watched cook - they seem to cook just to cook for a youtube video. Yours is what I will call primera klase when it comes to ingredients and you have the soul when you cook! You set the BENCHmark in celebrity cooking. Plus 1 million pogi points ;)

Love your beefsteak with onions. That's how my mom used to cook it. My Norwegian/American hubby loved it too, when he was alive. He almost always requested it from me.
Another dish he loved is liver steak with onions, same way you do the beefsteak!
    More power and God bless!

Man, I so regret the fact that I took you for granted when I used to see you a lot in my cousin’s house parties back in the 90’s. I was still a grade schooler then, I just remember how your presence was such a big deal and larger than life especially with women. I just love watching you every single weekend for your cooking sessions. I have tried your binagoongan and some pasta recipes you’ve shared and have always looked forward for every single ones each week. I will definitely try this one, though I don’t know if I can find the calamansi here in Texas. Otherwise I’ll just substitute it with key limes or lemon. Look forward to next weekend, my family likes the fact that I’m learning to cook since I started watching your vlogs lol! My son even said if it takes some Richard Gomez to motivate you in the kitchen, so then be it mom! Hahaha! But seriously, I am 100% hooked!

Does it taste just as good as the calamansi? I’ll probably give it a try with the lemon first then I’ll find the calamansi at the Home Depot or Lowe’s as the other fellow suggested for future use. Thanks! For the info though

Not an ordinary soy sauce, Kikoman is my choice din po jan,,,, kpag wlang kikoman, I dilute regular soysauce with water para mkontrol ang alat... dun sa part ng caramelizing the sauce, pwede rin pong lagyan ng garlic n if u want a little sweetness, honey or konting brown sugar, optional lang naman... try din po gamitin un Red Onion, it has different kick... Thanks for sharing uncle tuklaw... :)

I tried cooking your bistek tagalog and it came out really good. My girlfriend tried it and she really enjoyed it. My request kuya Goma is for you to showcase some good bicol express because that’s my all time favorite Filipino dish. Good luck on your show. Hope to see this request soon. Thank you.. Aldrich from South Carolina

Love how straightforward and easy! Other recipes complicate things! By far the best bistek I've replicated and reminds me so much of my Grandma's! Thank You Sir!

He obviously loves to cook! We have some things in common like sifting the calamansi seeds using our hand instead of a sifter, using Kikkoman soy sauce and no waste cooking. He makes còoking look so easy!

Maayo na ka mag bisaya Mayor Goma...aprub! Though I am from Cebu, I have so many good friends and a few relatives (by marriage) there in Ormoc.. About your Bistek, that's a nice take on how you cook it. I grew up with a slightly different way of how to cook it, but the same thing applies -- not to cook it too long or you get tough meat. Presently, I no longer eat beef that much, but I do appreciate this dish you made!

Watched all of your cooking vlogs, but first time making comments. Back in the 80's I watched all your movies. The last one was "Blusang Itim" with co-star Snooky. My point is, I never thought that I would be watching more of you now and your whole family " the power of internet "👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰
The fact of the matter is that, you became a mayor of Ormoc City nearby my hometown "Kananga".
I admired that you're serving the community quite well. Never mind that Hollywood type popularity, but I believed that you are a great husband, a great father to Juliana, a great public servant and a darn great chef !!!! Way to go Mayor Richard....more power to you and more blessings to come.....
Watching from Canada with love ❤❤❤ needless to say... I am happy, grateful and proud to call my home.
Nevertheless, I always love Philippines. Therefore, I am watching all those travel vloggers. There's so much beauty when it comes to nature that I never knew existed. Through the power of social media, I get to see the beauty of our country which I never had a chance to explore back then. Hopefully, someday soon.... I will be able to go back and explore after this challenging times "worldwide pandemic" 🙏🙏🙏 Take care and be safe.
P.S. I love the simplicity of your recipes but they are truly the best. Thank you!!!! And thanks for being awesome, such a down to earth kind of a person.
    Mabuhay Philippines!!!!!!😘❤💯
