    It’s nice to hear you talk about balance that is something I really struggle with. The all or nothing mentality can be so detrimental!
    I am currently struggling with this, my current weight loss journey is actually aimed at helping us get pregnant and to have a better labour and delivery compared to my first. So I’m eager to drop weight as quickly as possible as I could become pregnant any month now and then obv the weight loss can’t continue!

      @@fitbyife what a magical and special reason to be caring so much about your health honey, although such a great motivation - I can still appreciate how hard it is and also with such a big thing in mind it’s really easy to get caught up in guilt and shame when things don’t work out as super perfect as you’d hoped, balance is soooooo hard to master and even then, it’s easy for life to throw a curve ball in the mix so all we can ever do, is just keep trying - keep pushing on and remind ourselves that we’re not machines that we can easily program to do the same things everyday with the same results.
      I’m rooting for you!! You’ve totally got this, I can’t wait to hear your results from this week 🙌🏻❤️🫶🏻

    Great update!!! Haha it can be hard to limit yourself when you're out having fun!!! The hangover is the price you pay for it tho. 😂😂 I (rob) try my best to stay away from carbs but I like beer. 😅😅 🍺🍺 I have done Keto diets before and they worked REALLY for me well but only when I mix exercise in with the diet - otherwise the weight doesn't come off very quickly at all.. 🙄🙄 When I want to go for some drinks and try to not take in too many carbs, I try to stick to diet-coke and rye - I hear it's pretty low in carbs that way.

      @@BargainBarons haha right! I’m also a big fan of beer (especially the local brewery kind) but it’s not so much a fan of me 😂 so I have to be super choosy with it. I’ve had a little dabble at keto and I must say, my body reacts really well to the limited carbs but my mind is just like BREAD 😂 so I try to limit but not put that strict keto carb goal on myself - you’re nails for working out on Keto 💪🏻

      @@Thewellnesspanda Yes I am the same with beer!!! I have to be careful, some beers run right thru me and not in a good way!!! I stick to the light beers and my stomach seems to be OK with those. Yeah after just 1 week on keto I start dreaming about carbs LOL.

    My favorite quote, which I have tattooed on my arm is: *"DO NOT MISTAKE MY KINDNESS FOR WEAKNESS. I AM KIND TO EVERYONE BUT WHEN SOMEONE IS UNKIND TO ME, WEAK IS NOT WHAT THEY WILL REMEMBER ABOUT ME."* -Al Capone
    Karen also has HER favorite quote tattooed on her arm, and it goes: *"I AM THE HERO OF THIS STORY. I DON'T NEED TO BE SAVED."* I think it's from a song but I don't know the author.

      @@BargainBarons I flipping LOVE both of these!!! And both actually resonate really well with me at the moment! When I read the last line of Karen’s quote I actually choked up a bit - they’re both so powerful and amazing, thank you so much for sharing ! ❤️❤️❤️
