The Arch Nemesis model is already difficult to come by, but this special version with a milled pattern on the blade is one of 3 or 4 known to exist. The frame is made from solid zirconium, and the inlays are zirconium timascus. The blade a is double hollow ground dagger (sharp on both sides with mirror edges.) My jaw literally dropped when that blade popped out. Never seen anything like it. I have most of Brian’s production folders, they’re the pride of my humble collection. This and your other Arch Nemesis are truly stunning pieces of art. The man is a knife genius.

Are you referring to the texturing? It's actually super smooth. Won't wreck pockets at all. Brian Nadeau is a master knifemaker. This type of thing doesn't slip his mind.
@@KevPage-Witkickernope. Flipper tabs are super common on knives. These are beveled and soft at the edges just like any other well designed flipper tab. Only difference is that there are 2. They are anything but "sharp". Definitely wouldn't be a problem.
@@metal_complex I guess you don't put things in your pocket much. I know flipper tabs are super common, they're also not good for EDC knives for the above reason. The other reason is they are too easy to open by accident getting them out of your pocket. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful and well-made knife, but it demands a sheath or scabbard/pouch with those on it.

A tip up flipper cannot deploy in the pocket when it's carried on the appropriate side because the blade is pinned up against the rear pocket wall with the flipper at the base of the pocket pointing towards your leg. Despite this knife having two tabs, it only deploys one way. The second flipper is only used to safely put the blade away since both edges are sharp. In any case, the only time a flipper opens in your pocket is when the deployment flipper is pinned up against the back wall... which can only occur in 2 situations: 1. The clip is mounted for left hand tip up carry and it's being improperly carried in the right hand pocket (not possible on this knife as it has only one clip position and its right hand tip up) 2. The knife has a tip DOWN option and the flipper tab is up against the rear seam of the pocket (not an option on this knife) I have 4300 uploads here. I am one of the largest central hubs for knife content on UA-cam. I'm not guessing or speculating. What I'm saying is factually true. Have a nice day.

M_C that is definitely right up on the top of your stack of fantastic pieces ( well that is a hard task for just one piece to be at the top) it is absolutely amazing work the polish is nearly a months worth of work just on the blade ! I better you can’t wait to do the can you baton test on that one😖😖😖. Oh man I can barely play chopsticks! This is an old Steinway Parlor Grand from (I think) the late 70s (edit*). It was my Grandfather's and my mom grew up playing it, then me and my siblings grew up playing it (used to take lessons as a kid), and it finally ended up here in my current home. Both of my kids currently play 😊
With those hands of course you cant play U can barely open boxes without ripping everything and making a mess. Is that y u stopped opening boxes on camera??
