I do the same reset on weekends, but my cleaning and getting organized day is on Saturdays so I get to enjoy my home on Sundays & really rest without feeling I have something left to do before Monday. Loved this video, your house is so beautiful ❤️

I literally started my cleaning habits journey by watching your videos. Sadly, my parents never instilled good habits in us kids, and cleaning/organizing/having respect for your space was not a value we grew up with. I'm learning so much about weekly cleaning ideas and to always have grace with yourself when you feel less productive in this area. Thank you!!!
Yes, I was super messy as a child too and there were a bunch of us (8 kids) and I didn’t fall in love with cleaning until I got married at 23. Now I’m obsessed with keeping my home neat. It’s so satisfying! I’m trying to instill these habits in my own kids.

Your family looks so peaceful.. and you are gorgeous even while cleaning. Loved this calming video! I don't normally clean in the weekend, I prefer cleaning a little bit every day so we can stay together as much as possible as a family in the weekend...
For the glass windows and mirrors I use a spray bottle with a combination of a little bit of vinegar, about a tablespoon of your favorite dish soap and water and I just spray and wipe with a rag like you already do but then I use a squeegee and it cuts the wiping time in half. Love your family and your channel, you are so amazing and inspiring. Thank you for putting yourself out there and sharing

We always do the deep cleaning on Thursday and then a mini touch up on Sunday. For us it's so nice to have the whole home cleaned for the weekend, so you can just relax and have fun. And then on Sunday just do a touch up as a reset.
I try to reset on weekends too! I didn't know I can feel so accomplished after cleaning but I guess that's how it feels to be a grown-up. lol
Yes please! Love these kind of videos. It is really inspiring me to go around and clean my house also in a clam way without stressing too much about all the cleaning work that needs to be done. I also do all the cleaning in the weekends to start afresh on Monday. You are in fact showing me how to do those house chores in a calm and relaxed way.

Ohhh my. It's monday here and I got so much things to do, gettin' crazy with everything that's goin on in my house at the moment I don't even know where to start.
Then I got motivated! really felt light, imagining having a monday with peace in mind, fresh new start. A week already planned. OMG It hits me! I've got to make this a habit! 🥰😂

I love these videos! I use the weekend to reset for the new week: it takes more days for me since I have ehler danlos syndrom, my muscles tire easily, I have to rest in between tasks and have to divide the houseworks in chunks. I start dusting everything on friday, vaccuming and cleaning around on saturday and washing the floors and doing the laundry on Sunday. When needed I deep clean what needs it or do extra laundry like the curtains.
I think you should try to get the boys used to put away whatever they have finished using: my mum did this with me and my sisters since we were one year old and applied this concept to school stuff, toys, activities ecc. It's not always peferct but have always worked.
Also, I think if you use a bit of baking soda and/or vinegar once a week with the brush you showed on the shower tyles you should be able to reduce or avoid the chemical deep cleaning.
Please, involve your kids as soon as possible in cleaning and cooking, teach them everything you can: you have no idea how many of my friends (both males and females) are human disaster even in their mid-thirties because no one tought them and then there was no time or will to learn how to do "basic survival" XD

Watching the boys try to help made my heart happy. So sweet. I love these videos. Great way to spark the motivation. We live in a 35 foot camper so a deep clean doesn’t take me too long to clean lol.

We always do resets on the weekends, another thing we always do is the meal plan for the week, a shopping list, and then organising all the meal prep aswell. X

I do cleaning, cooking and laundry everyday under one hour by using automatic devices, I try to avoid doing it manually, since there are affordable machines to do so. anyway, its amazing to see how others do their house chores...love your video 👍❤️❤️❤️
yes!! my weekend reset includes meal prep, make up brushes clean up, laundry and decluttering. If you can share more ideas if you do any meal prep or how do you organize that would be great thank you!
I did a big clean of the kitchen and living room yesterday and deep cleaned our washing machine. The washing machine was way overdue and I encourage everyone to do that asap!
I love these videos!! My husband and I are healthcare workers so our weeks never quite look like m-f so its easy to get off track. These vids always motivate me to get off my butt and get these things done too!

Hi Rachel! I also couldn’t find anything to clean my shower grout well. I found a brand called cloralen (found at Aldi), it is super strong but I don’t have to scrub the grout at all after I spray it. It is a harsh chemical cleaner like bars keeper friend but it has saved my back and the fact that I can spray it on and then walk away, just saves so much time. Of course I do scrub the rest of the shower with a more natural cleaner but as for the mildew and mold, that stuff takes it right off for weeks at a time.

In all seriousness though, i love natural products too, but bar keepers friend & clorox are the only cleaners i use for my bathroom. Its the one place i feel needs some serious chemicals no matter how much i keep up with it.
I agree. Bathrooms need the real stuff. I like soap and water in the kitchen with a little bit of oil for smell. 🙂

For the streaks on the mirror I use white vinegar in a spray bottle w a microfiber the best combo ever I struggled with streaks as well before I did this

Use a steam mob. Take one which has a nozzle and pressure to remove dirt out of tiles.
