Money corrupts. But when given a chance, many will try to redeem themself by doing and saying the right thing. The question: "Are these scoundrels actually seeking honest redemption?" If they are then we should welcome them back to the human race with open arms, it they are just setting us up for more graft and corruption, then we should spit on them. Larry Summers leaves us with unanswered questions. Which is it Larry?
