The best instructional video❤❤❤. I was just about to get rid of it due to looking very complicated. Thanks a lot.

just gave mine to a good friend, like a sister to me -for her beautiful baby girl. I told her that it is fiddly without a good instructional vid but once you make it right for yourself, it's life changing. My daughter, my hubby and I thank you for such an informative instructional video. One of the best things I bought for my baby and I'd gladly invest in Ergobaby if I'm lucky to have future babies haha

Watching this from The Bahamas and it’s the most helpful video I’ve come across! Thank you!

Ooooo, I wish I’d made it in The Bahamas! Admittedly, that would a loooooong commute to run South London Sling Library! 🤣 I’m glad the video was useful. 👍🏼

Thank you so much for this, I was putting the band around my waist and he was far too high (as most carriers need to be there!) this makes so much sense because of the cushion being in there making him higher! 🤦🏻‍♀️ d’oh lol

I’m glad it was helpful. Things often aren’t obvious until after they’ve been pointed out to us! 😁

Until your baby can sit in the carrier with their knees comfortably bent over both sides, without it overextending their legs.

When can the baby be placed front face with this carrier?

You’re waiting for rock solid head & neck control, as the baby can’t guard against the movements of your body in the same way when facing away from you. You also want the baby to be tall enough for the body panel to only come to the top of their chest, not up under their chin. ErgoBaby advise that you only use the facing away position for short periods (15-20mins) & never if baby needs to sleep.
