I don't wear and don't buy football boots so I'd appreciate if someone could enlighten me. Wouldn't laceless boots have some kind of structural enhancement to compensate the removal of laces?
I have Puma Future 2.1, and have worn them with and without laces. Without was greatly improved from with. The removal of laces is the addition of quality.

i’m a teen and i’m growing so i took the laces out of my superfly 5s and it actually felt better. Maybe i’ll install a zipper next time ;)

Ami Lewis Yes it does, a sentence stopper inside of the quotation mark would indicate that a new sentence would be started. In this particular instance, he does not start a new sentence therefore the sentence stopper shoduld go after the quotation mark.

My take on ACC is that it means that the boots are "designed" to be used in All Conditions, it doesnt mean that they all have an element in common. Still, i think that it does not work as people say it does.
To me is just a way to differenciate the higher end boots from the lower end, just like some years ago the boots that had "Adizero" written on it were the ones to go for (though Adizero was a "palpable" feature of the boot)

I’m a goalie and I use the adidas 18+ predator. I feel as a keeper it is just way more convienient to have them laceless because if they the laces do come undone, you gotta ask someone to tie them or take off your gloves. Also they fit ok and never really slip on my feet. Not better than my previous 18.1s in terms of overall fit lockdown and performance but i would still choose the 18+ just so I don’t have to worry about tying them .

Yeah and plus if you in a hurried situation you need to put them things fast
My last 4 pairs were superflys, and to me the sock didn’t give me any support, but it made me feel more comfortable in the boot.
Also I had the feeling that my boots were wrapping around my foot which made them more snug

I love boots with laces, it’s they’re so much easier to fit and you can change the tightness in like 1 minute
True not actual ankle support but in the initial couple wears, I feel it gives a little extra compression feeling with the Superflys and Phantoms.

I took the laces out on one foot for one training session because I had to wait till the next day to get new ones because the boot was too small

I have to move up laces further up the lace holes as I want to wear certain boots but I have odd shaped feet
Can you also do a video on taping up your feet/ankles. I notice a lot of players have this done but can't really shed any light on it.
the only reason why i took the laces out of my boots is because there are really tight when i lace them but they are a lot looser without the laces but they are still a bit tight

I live in the mid west and every one has ACC on their boots because if you have it the tornadoes are legally have to wait until you’re done playing to suck you up
I take off the laces when the shoes get small , it feels new and bigger when you do so.
I took out the laces because it was really tight and the laces were way to short so I couldn’t loosen them up
The only reason I end up taking off the laces, is because i buy them and a couple months later my feet grow and it’s harder, or i can’t put them on so i take off the laces and now i can use them for an extra month before having to buy new ones

i got laceless boots because tbh, nomatter what my boots somehow untie, even when i used tape to put the down they still untied so... yeah
Always prefer boots with laces, since the size of our foot changes throughout the yea, sometimes even during games.
I got some Adidas Nemesis boots and the reason I made them lace less was because when I would tie them the lace was too short so I would make it way to tight so yeah I guess I’m using lace less boots until I get longer laces

i play with sock sleeve knowing that is was not going to help but it helps me as a player to feel something their also no laces are stupid because you can tie it harder to have a better fit
My personal reasoning for having mid-cuts is that I am notorious for having my boots fall of mid game and the collar keeps them from falling off.
My dynamic fit collar has ACC which gives me extra ankle support.😂😂

I belive that laceless cleats actualy help because when you strike the ball, you kick with your laces which can redirect the ball.

The mid cut boots don’t help any ankle support at all 😂😂, I landed on my ankle in training with these and now I’m out of playing football for 6-8 weeks I’m gutted 😞❤️

If soccer ball/football doesn't have a lot air, could it damage the ball as in the panels begin to peel off?
If it's a little low on air, I would think the ball should be fine. I wouldn't go kicking around a ball that is totally flat though.

About ACC, like yes it doesn't improve your touch at all, but try and look some other products on the market. I love sneakers alot so I care from them so I urge you to test CREP Protect spray or Reshoevn8r water repellent, that's basically ACC and it works, now maybe nike just made it more durable since those products need to be reapplied every couple months to make it sustainable. So please do a test between them at tell us if Nike is lying. (those repellent sprays are transparent as well and you won't know visually they have been applied)
Nike doesn't have a miracle invisible coating that doesn't wear. You could spray a pair of football boots with any kind of protective shoe spray, but the abrasion from the pitch, the ball and being exposed to all whether conditions would quickly wear off whatever you sprayed on the boots. Football boots are truly exposed to absolutely everything while constantly being beaten on. There is no real test to prove anything, because there isn't any invisible feature tech out there that will truly make a difference. If you want to improve your touch on the ball in dry or wet conditions, practice more, and worry less about whether or not your boots have ACC. And that's not directed at you, but everyone in general.

I like to use my boots the way I use, I mean, if I have a boot with laces but and take of the laces and feel more comfortable without it, than I'll use it without laces, just like Coutinho and the hole on his shoes
